ADD Systems Promotes New Customer Support Manager

FLANDERS, NJ — ADD Systems, a software provider for the convenience store and power distribution industries, has promoted Steve Tymikiw to the position of customer support manager.

Steve has been with ADD Systems for over 23 years and brings software knowledge as well as extensive experience working directly with ADD customers.

“We are delighted that Steve has accepted this position and grateful to have had the chance to work with his predecessor, Linda Carrer, to ensure a smooth transition. Steve brings with him strong leadership skills, organizational expertise and a mastery of products, and we look forward to his contributions in this new role,” said Andy Katsigiannis, director of information technology and customer support for ADD Systems.

Previously, Tymikiw worked as an Application and Integration Manager in the Implementation and Training department. In this role, he worked closely with clients, managing high priority projects. Previously, he gained industry experience as an accountant with two major energy distributors.

“I’m really excited to take on this new role and grateful to have had the chance to learn from Linda. The Customer Support group is a fantastic group of people, and I look forward to helping make our support performance even better,” said Tymikiw.
