To date, it has been effective in resolving long-outstanding inquiries for residents. As such, we encourage residents to take advantage of of this opportunity and to come and chat with the officials. We remind residents to please bring their IDs and/or municipal accounts to facilitate the process. We will communicate in due course on future visits.”
