Working directly with clients, customer relationship managers will assess each client’s needs, develop personalized care plans, schedule visits, and resolve issues.
This more focused approach will provide insight into the needs and wants of each client, helping the care group strive to be the best they can be at achieving the desired results.
Respectful Care hopes that by adopting a single point of call process, every customer will feel better supported and encouraged to provide feedback to improve service.

“Recently, this involved restructuring the team to offer better support to everyone and creating new roles, in particular those of social and mental health first aid and client relationship manager.
