EverCommerce Announces Hiring of Jenny Riggs to Lead Customer Support Transformation for Security and Alarm Solutions Group

Former Thomson Reuters Executive to Optimize Customer Experience for EverCommerce Security and Alarm Solutions Suite

Riggs will lead initiatives to transform the division’s customer support experience and retain and satisfy customers for each of the five solutions in EverCommerce’s Security and Alarm Solutions Group, including Bold Group (comprised of Bold Technologies, Perennial Software, Secure Global Solutions, SIMS), and Security Information Systems (SIS).

Riggs also helped shape the strategy for the company’s customer success division and launched a five-year transformation initiative, which resulted in savings of millions of dollars, identifying customer issues and by translating these problems into clear and actionable resolutions.
