Job: Customer Support Manager at Eazybiz Payment Solutions

Location: Lekki Express, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls/emails and provide information/solutions to customers
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem
  • Build lasting relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Terms

  • HND or B.Sc degree
  • A minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Applicant should live around Ajah/Lekki axis to keep transportation costs low
  • Must be articulate and able to respond fluently to emails
  • Computer literate, must have knowledge of using web browser, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong telephone contact management and active listening skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/react to different character types
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Good understanding / analytical skills.

Remuneration
N60,000 per month.
