Location: Lekki Express, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls/emails and provide information/solutions to customers
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem
- Build lasting relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Terms
- HND or B.Sc degree
- A minimum of 1 year experience.
- Applicant should live around Ajah/Lekki axis to keep transportation costs low
- Must be articulate and able to respond fluently to emails
- Computer literate, must have knowledge of using web browser, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong telephone contact management and active listening skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/react to different character types
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Good understanding / analytical skills.
Remuneration
N60,000 per month.
