Au Bon Pain engages its employees with a sandwich contest
Au Bon Pain has launched a “Sandwich Madness” contest, which engaged employees to submit a sandwich recipe using only existing ingredients. The winners – The Ranchero Wrap and The Cleveland Fireside Egg Sandwich – will be featured in upcoming OLTs in late 2022.
Along with having their sandwiches showcased as an upcoming LTO, each winner received a cash prize and a special trophy showcasing their recipes.
“Our teams responded with such enthusiasm and creativity. We received so many delicious recipes,” says Riley. “Seeing company-owned and franchised cafes enthusiastically collaborate has created a fun competition that will bring even more mouth-watering recipes to our customers.”
Cinemark partners with Universal Pictures for Summer Movie Clubhouse
Cinemark has announced the return of its Summer Movie Clubhouse This year. In collaboration with Universal Pictures, the program brings family classics back to the big screen for low, family-friendly ticket prices.
To complete the big-screen experience, ticket holders will receive exclusive discounted Summer Movie Clubhouse fare on all children’s snack packs, as well as small drink combinations and small popcorn.
Hyundai Hope Partners with Food Bank for Monterey County
Hyundai Motor America announced its new corporate social responsibility initiative, Hyundai Hope, with a $15,000 donation to the Monterey County Food Bank. Hyundai Hope provides resources to nonprofit organizations that support health, safety, food insecurity and hunger.
Said Brandon Ramirez, director, corporate social responsibility and external relations, Hyundai Motor America, “By partnering with organizations such as the Monterey County Food Bank, Hyundai Hope is committed to supporting local nonprofits. with the aim of advancing this guiding principle to improve the communities we live and work in.”
Hyundai will announce additional partnerships to support its other core pillars later this year.
