Snooze launches a new loyalty program

Snooze has announced the launch of its new customer loyalty program, MySnooze Bennyfits. The new three-tier program offers benefits beyond free menu items.

Rewards include free food and drink, plus priority waitlist seating, specialty cocktails, and Snooze giveaways. The cocktail reward includes drinks that cannot be enjoyed on regular tours.

The program integrates with other parts of Snooze’s technology stack, including the Snooze app and the OneDine system, which offers customers the option to pay at the table via Quick Response or QR code.

citizenM announces points-free loyalty program

Dutch hospitality and lifestyle brand citizenM has introduced unique loyalty program called mycitizenM+. There are no points and no levels. For $12 a month, members simply sign up to enjoy all the “perks without the points,” according to the company.

With mycitizenM+ membership, citizenM guarantees an additional 10% discount on the lowest public rate, at all times. A room is also guaranteed, even during busy periods, for any member reservation made at least 48 hours in advance. Additional perks include free late checkout and a free upgrade to a premium view room, ‘first in line’ chat service, early access to member-only discounts and events.

Accor’s ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyalty program attracted Priyanka Chopra Jonas to star in its latest digital campaign with the slogan “Anything is possible”.

The campaign includes the launch of a microsite, ExperienceALL.com, which features bonus content featuring Chopra Jonas, special offers and vacation ideas.

The initiative will also promote Accor’s Summer Savings Offer, which allows guests to enjoy deeper discounts the longer they stay at participating hotels.
