Marketing and Customer Support Coordinator

We operate a diverse range of brands ranging from FountainLine – Sports Field Line Marking Solutions, IDC Medical – Clinical and Commercial Hygiene and FountainLine IMS – Integrated Manufacturing Solutions.


Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing and Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic marketing plans and market visibility. The candidate will also be able to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and ensure the accurate and efficient administration of sales, accounts receivable, logistics and general administration tasks.

The role will be 60% marketing oriented and 40% customer support and administration oriented.


The candidate can expect to perform the following tasks on a weekly basis:

  • Strategic Marketing Plans – review and develop business and brand strategy for FL, IMS & IDC BU, campaign and marketing development
  • Technical writing
  • Graphic design
  • Complete digital marketing function on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIN
  • Event planning
  • Inside Sales/Customer Service – liaising with customers, assisting with logistics management, liaising with warehouse regarding manufacturing and production of customer orders
  • CRM administration – generate leads and track customer inquiries
  • Assistance to the management team when needed
  • General administration includes but is not limited to MYOB entries, invoicing, PO processing
  • Perform other tasks as requested


  • Computer skills with literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Graduate certificate or equivalent
  • Tertiary/Tafe: Office Administration or Business Studies a related degree or diploma preferred benefit
  • Holds a driver’s license
  • Previous experience with e-marketing platforms
  • Previous experience using a CRM system
  • Proven marketing experience
  • Intermediate level of graphic design skills
  • Proven ability to use Canva
  • Excellent customer orientation and people management style
  • Knowledge and experience of on-site challenges
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
