Marketplacer embeds Yotpo to track customer reviews

Marketplacer has signed a partnership agreement with e-commerce marketing platform Yotpo to provide functionality for sellers and consumers and help Yotpo expand its reach in the market economy.

Yotpo’s head of partnerships, Rad Mitic, says the collaboration with Marketplacer solves a long-standing issue that will unlock revenue for sellers.

“It’s a game-changer for Australian e-commerce marketplaces, although it seems like an obvious feature,” says Mitic. “The complexity of collecting product-specific reviews from marketplaces makes it nearly impossible to offer shoppers accurate social proof, even with an incredible team of engineers.”

Prior to the partnership, Marketplacer customers were unable to gauge sentiment on their products and requested options to gather product-level reviews.

Yotpo’s in-depth analytics dashboard informs merchants on Marketplacer to get a solid overview of how their products are received by shoppers.

Medcart CEO Dylan Bookless said his company decided to select Yotpo over other review platforms because of its integration with Marketplacer.
