Online Customer Support – Pedestrian Jobs

About the role

  • Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, and contact form ranging from stock availability, shipping quotes, special orders, and retail store partnerships to ensure a positive customer experience resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Answer all phone calls from head office and assist customers online or direct the call to the appropriate department
  • Support online customers on live chat through the Zendesk platform during all business hours
  • Arrange showroom appointments for retail customers and assist them during their appointment
  • Process manual orders received by phone/email, organize stock transfers (via. SAP)
  • Process returns/refunds/exchanges/replacements online (via. SAP/Magento)
  • Manage Click and Collect orders by sending them to stores and closing them once picked up by the customer
  • Manage furniture/heavy deliveries for online orders, including obtaining competitive freight quotes

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service on an e-commerce platform
  • experience with Magento 2 is highly appreciated
  • beneficial sap experience
  • negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external partners and clients
  • attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills and results oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • advantageous business/e-commerce related degree
