Samsung Bangladesh introduces WhatsApp chat service for customer support
In a bid to take customer service facilities to the next level, for the first time ever in Bangladesh, Samsung is offering a new service channel called WhatsApp chat, according to a press release.
For convenience, customers can now chat directly with Samsung’s expert service agents for their relevant queries and information via WhatsApp from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 365 days.
This new digital communication platform will begin its journey from Tuesday.
Whatsapp chat service will be launched keeping Samsung’s loyal customers in mind. Customers will enjoy fast, efficient and uninterrupted service through this WhatsApp chat. In addition, Samsung has a 24/7 call center, nationwide in-home service, email query, and more than 40 service centers in across the country for customer service.
“We live in an era of fast and instant communications,” said Hwansung Woo, general manager of Samsung Bangladesh.
“Many customers, especially those from younger generations, find it difficult to get to our physical service centers. Considering the busy schedules of our customers, we have chosen to open a dedicated WhatsApp support channel so that our customers receive all the information they need in record time,” he added.
Customers should register number 08000 300 300 and start WhatsApp chat for assistance. They can also avail by browsing Samsung Bangladesh official website, My GalaxyApp and Facebook page.
