Volvo Car India launches 24/7 customer support service nationwide

Volvo Car India announced on Thursday that it has launched a 24/7 customer support service for its customers in the country.

The toll-free Consumer Relations Center (CRC) 18001029100 has started providing customer service, case handling and roadside assistance to all Volvo customers.

This center is also unique in that it makes India the only country in the Volvo Asia-Pacific ecosystem to provide 24-hour customer support, the Swedish automaker noted.

“We pride ourselves on being a customer-centric company and this is our latest offering for superior customer satisfaction.”

“The Consumer Relation Center builds customer confidence in the brand with the belief that the business can be reached 24 hours a day, year round in the unlikely event that a customer should reach out. We are committed to expanding into the Indian market and will continue to invest in customer focused initiatives, ”said Jyoti Malhotra, Managing Director of Volvo Car India, in a statement.

The company said it has launched several customer-centric initiatives over the past 12 months, including to keep customers safe and promote online shopping.

Volvo started operations in India in 2007 and currently sells its model range through 25 dealers.
